CHEVRON Chevron is one of the world's largest integrated energy companies. Headquartered in San Ramon, California, the company conducts business in more than 100 countries. Chevron is engaged in every aspect of the oil and natural gas industry, including exploration and production, manufacturing, marketing and transportation, chemicals manufacturing and sales, geothermal, and power generation.  Chevron's workforce consists of more than 59,000 employees and about 5,800 service station employees. In 2007, Chevron produced 2.62 million barrels of oil-equivalent per day. About 70 percent of that volume occurred outside the United States and in more than 20 different countries. A PROJECT WITH CHEVRON In 2008, GoalArt performed a proof-of-concept project in cooperation with Chevron. The aim was to investigate the usefulness of GoalArt's alarm management technology for refining industries. In 2009, GoalArt performed new projects with Chevron, with the aim of preparing for integration with Chevron's control systems.
