ELSAM ENGINEERING Elsam Engineering is an international engineering company specialising in energy and environment, with approxately 220 employees. The headquarters are located in the western part of Denmark near Fredericia and there is a local office in Aalborg, Denmark. In addition, there are three subsidiaries, Elsamprojekt Polska, in Poland, EnergyVision and DPC (Danish Power Consult), in Denmark.  Elsam Engineering itself is a subsidiary of the power utility Elsam who owns and operates a number of central and local power plants and wind power facilities. Elsam is Denmark's largest producer of electricity and heating with 6 major and 21 smaller power plants and some 450 wind power plants in Jylland and Fyn. A GOALART PROJECT WITH ELSAM ENGINEERING In 2003, GoalArt signed a project with Elsam and Elsam Engineering, in which the usefulness of alarm analysis was evaluated at Nordjyllandverket, one of Elsam's major coal power plants, located in northern Jylland, close to the town of Aalborg.
