VATTENFALL UTVECKLING Vattenfall Utveckling performs research and development for Vattenfall AB. The company employs around 150 people and the main office is located in Älvkarleby, north of Stockholm, Sweden. Vattenfall Utveckling performs a number of projects in research and development concerning alarm handling, remote operation, and efficient service of power plants.  A GOALART PROJECT WITH VATTENFALL In 2002, GoalArt signed a contract with Vattenfall Utveckling on a project in which the usefulness of alarm analysis, sensor fault detection, and state-based alarm priority were evaluated at the Vattenfall power plant Idbäcken in Nyköping. The results were very successful.
