ELSAM Elsam is Denmark's largest producer of power and district heat. The Elsam production facilities comprise 7 major and 21 small production units as well as 476 wind turbines in Jylland and on Fyn.  Elsam Engineering is a subsidiary of Elsam, specialising in energy and environment engineering, with approxately 220 employees. The headquarters are located in the western part of Denmark near Fredericia and there is a local office in Ålborg, Denmark. A GOALART PROJECT WITH ELSAM In 2003, GoalArt signed a project with Elsam and Elsam Engineering, in which the usefulness of alarm analysis was evaluated at Nordjyllandverket, one of Elsam's major coal power plants, located in northern Jylland, close to the town of Ålborg.
