HOPS Hrvatski operator prijenosnog sustava d.o.o. The mission of the Croatian Transmission System Operator (HOPS) is electric power system operation and maintenance, electricity transmission, and construction and development of the electricity transmission network in Croatia.  The new HOPS company was established in July 2013. It is the sole electricity transmission system operator in the Republic of Croatia, and the owner of the entire Croatian transmission network (400 kV, 220kV and 110kV voltage levels). INSTALLATION IN CROATIA In 2014, GoalArt systems were installed in all five HOPS control centers and have been monitoring the Croatian grid since then. Koncar was the main contractor in a large upgrade project at HOPS. In 2015, HOPS evaluated the GoalArt system and found that over 98 % of alarms were removed, both in normal operation and during incidents.
